Member of House Shom, a merchant house based in the city-state of Nibenay. Dalem is stationed in his house’s outpost in Tyr. His caravans have been harassed by raiders and he has taken to hiring mercenary groups to help defend the caravans.

Recently Dalem began dealings with Tethrades on a plan to infect Shaqat Beetles with a disease to use as a weapon. Dalem was killed by Elleandra and her allies atop the Ziggurat of Kalid-Ma.
