Description
The Planar Gate looks like a giant mirror set in a mahogany frame. The frame is gilded with gold images of strange animals and races no living Athasian has ever seen. Anyone trained in the Way can sense that this is a powerful psionic artifact.

When gazing upon the ornate mirror the glass does not reflect the viewers own image, but shows a scene from some other world. The scenes normally last for only a few seconds before shifting to another location.

History
The Planar Gate currently resides in the Dread Palace of Dregoth in the city of New Giustenal. The artifact is from some age long ago and Dregoth is the only one likely to know how it came into his possession.
