This cross-shaped building houses the administrators of the Temple of Trade. Anyone wishing to do business in Nibenay must acquire a license from this temple. The structure sits at the western edge of the Sages’ District, nearly touching the walls of the Naggaramakam.

The Temple of Trade, under High Consort Rejan, governs tariffs, spending, business licensing, and relations with the merchant houses.
