Elven proprietors of the Silver Spring Oasis, who, unlike other of their kind, are not nomadic herders or raiders. They have run the Oasis for several generations. The current lead of the tribe and head of the caravanseri is Chief Toramund. Toramund has been recruiting defilers to help protect the Oasis from increasingly violent attacks.
