The silt dromond is the pride of the Balican Navy. It is a light warship fitted with psionically powered helms that levitate and can navigate silt of any depth of silt. Andropinis commissioned twelve of these vessels and all are crewed by the finest silt sailors in his army. When not in use they are stationed in the Arsenal.
