Near the center of the city-state of Balic is the dark, dangerous neighborhood known as the Maze. The Sandtiger’s Tail can be found at the end of a filthy alleyway. Inside the rooms are dark and smoky, filled with oppressive heat and stench. The clients who like to spend their time here are of a particular sort.

The inn is used, on occasion, as a meeting place for the Veiled Alliance.
