Originally from Balic, he is the head of the House Wavir trade post in the city of Altaruk.

Rhotan Vor asked Morg and his friends to guard a caravan searching for the fabled Vault of Darom Madar. When other adventures prevented them from helping his expedition, Rhotan hired the mercenary Kelvor. The expedition ultimately ended in failure weakening House Wavir’s influence and causing them to close operations in Tyr.
