One of many elven tribes, the Moonrunners tend to operate near the city-states of Tyr and Balic. Like all elven tribes, they are nomadic, but they had a semi-permanent presence in the city of Altaruk.

Taking advantage of the turmoil in Raam following the sorcerer-queen’s death, the Moonrunners have seized control of a large portion of the city-state.
