The Megaleneon can be seen rising above all of the city-state of Balic. Atop the high, rocky hill overlooking the harbor, Andropinis rules from the majestic White Palace. The Chamber of Patricians and the barracks of the First Legion sit farther down the slope of the Megaleneon. The Ivory Dungeon is buried deep underneath the Megaleneon.
