The sorcerer-king of the city-state of Giustenal who was thought to have been killed over seventeen hundred years ago.

He was encountered in the Shadow Tomb and defeated there by Elleandra and her allies. This was later to be revealed as a construct of Dregoth.

Armies of Dray swearing loyalty to Dregoth occupied the island of Waverly and used it for a staging area before their invasion of Balic.

Dregoth was encountered in his Dread Palace in the city of New Giustenal and found to be a fully transformed, but undead, dragon.

He has plans to try and become a true God by gathering power through the construction of the Fey Engine, Shadow Engine and Astral Engine.
