The villages of Dempsy are located in a pocket of the Lands Within the Wind. The villages consist of simple one and two story homes with modest farms among the forest and rivers. Recently the villages came under the attack by Redra’s Nightmare.

It is home to Bartleby and Redra and often visited by Paelias and Elleandra.
